Hand-held GMRS radios of 5 watts and\/or permanently installed GMRS radios are permissible. GMRS radios up to 50 watts are legal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our club will be using <strong>Channels 15 through 22<\/strong>, which we are allowed to use up to 50 watts of power. The trail leader will announce what channel will be used at the drivers briefing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>FCC License is required for all GMRS radios.
